aluminum, one of the most widely used metal elements today, is also very rich in the content of aluminum in the earth’s crust, located in the third place. Through the process of aluminum casting, casting and casting, it can be made into aluminum castings, aluminum alloy and aluminum profiles.
aluminum alloy die-casting    aluminum alloy die casting process will certainly use the welding process, sometimes there will be expansion, deformation, then how to pretreat it? During the solidification and crystallization of the molten aluminum, the volume of the alloy decreases by about 6%. The contraction stress produced in this process may lead to the deformation of the welded joint. The heat of the welding input will cause the metal in the adjacent area to expand. When the heat source leaves, the metal cooling will shrink, and the shrinkage of the molten metal in the cooling process makes the welding place tensile stress and increase the sensitivity of the crack. Welding structures are subject to excessive restriction during cooling, which may lead to welding cracks. The shape of the welding groove and the number of welds are the main factors that affect the deformation. The deformation of the butt welding is usually much smaller than that of the multi weld V groove welding. The welding speed is also a decisive factor in the control of deformation. When the welding speed is low, the heat input will cause more expansion, and the shrinkage is larger in the process of cooling. Inadequate heat input will lead to poor weld fusion, resulting in defects such as incomplete penetration and non fusion. Preheating before welding can reduce the degree of deformation and crack tendency of the products, and improve the welding speed.
