    today, I would like to share with you some methods of casting aluminum for rotor, which are mainly divided into centrifugal cast aluminum and pressure cast aluminum. The principle of centrifugal casting aluminum is to melt molten metal molten aluminum into the rotating aluminum mold, so that it fills the cavity and solidifies under the action of centrifugal force. The characteristics are as follows: (1) the centrifugal force has an important influence on the casting process and the metal crystallization process. It is helpful to the discharge of gas and non-metallic impurities in the metal liquid. More importantly, it affects the crystallization process of the metal, and plays an important role in strengthening the filling and refining the crystallization. (2) the rotor core must be preheated. After the core is heated, oxidation on the groove section will reduce the stray loss of the motor. (3) the equipment for centrifugal casting aluminum for rotor is relatively simple. But there are many manual operations in the casting process, and the labor intensity is relatively large.
